cv1971 Terms & Conditions

Access to cv1971 is restricted exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which their account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. This is a strict minimum and is non-negotiable. Bangladesh law treats 18 as the threshold age for adult legal capacity, and cv1971 enforces this standard without exception.
• You must be accessing the platform as a private individual for personal recreational purposes only, and not on behalf of a company, agency, or third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of a cv1971 employee or affiliate partner.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the cv1971 platform for any reason.

cv1971 may request supporting documentation to verify age and identity at any time, including during the registration process, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing compliance review. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

cv1971 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods approved for the Bangladesh market: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). cv1971 does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

Deposit terms: Deposits are credited to your cv1971 wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing windows are displayed within the cv1971 cashier at the time of transaction. cv1971 charges no platform fee on deposits made via the supported Bangladeshi mobile financial services listed above; however, your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are outside cv1971's control.

Withdrawal terms: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to completion of any applicable identity verification requirements. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account number used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by cv1971 support following a formal account review. cv1971 reserves the right to request verification documentation before approving any withdrawal.

Withdrawal conditions: Funds that have been credited to your account as part of a bonus or promotion are subject to the wagering requirements of that specific promotion before they may be withdrawn. Real-money deposits that have not yet been wagered at least once may be subject to a standard processing verification step. cv1971 reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per calendar day, details of which are published in the cashier section.

Refused or reversed transactions: cv1971 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse a deposit or withdrawal if it suspects the transaction to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct under this Agreement. In such cases cv1971 will notify the account holder and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond before taking further action.

By using cv1971 you agree to comply with all applicable laws in Bangladesh and to use the platform solely for lawful, personal recreational purposes. You further agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; initiating chargebacks or payment reversals without prior notification to cv1971 support; impersonating another person or entity.
• Money laundering: Using cv1971 deposits and withdrawals as a mechanism for laundering funds derived from illegal activities. cv1971 complies with anti-money laundering best practices and will report suspected laundering activity to the relevant authorities.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated clicking tools, artificial intelligence systems, or any other automated mechanism to interact with games or betting markets on cv1971.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market, including but not limited to poker or live dealer games.
• Exploiting errors: Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, pricing mistakes in betting odds, or any other technical fault to place bets or claims at incorrect prices. cv1971 reserves the right to void any such bets.
• Harmful behaviour: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct directed at cv1971 staff or other players through any channel, including live chat, email, or community features.
• Intellectual property infringement: Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, software, game assets, or proprietary materials from cv1971 without express written permission.

cv1971 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the relevant account may be temporarily suspended and access to funds restricted. If the investigation confirms a breach, cv1971 may permanently close the account, void all pending bets, and forfeit any outstanding balance.

cv1971 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cv1971 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform or any of its constituent services.

Technical interruptions: cv1971 shall not be held liable for any loss, whether financial or otherwise, arising from service interruptions, server downtime, network failures, scheduled or emergency maintenance, or any other technical event beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a game or bet being affected by a technical fault, cv1971's decision on the appropriate resolution — including voiding the affected round or bet — shall be final.

Gambling losses: Gambling is an activity that inherently carries financial risk. cv1971 accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred by players through legitimate gameplay. By registering and depositing, you acknowledge that all wagers are placed voluntarily and that losing a wager is a normal, foreseeable outcome.

Third-party services: cv1971 is not responsible for the performance, availability, or actions of third-party service providers, including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, game content studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi), or any other external party whose services are integrated into or accessible via the cv1971 platform.

Maximum liability cap: In no event shall cv1971's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cv1971 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, excluding bonus funds. This limitation applies to all causes of action, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless cv1971 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claim, demand, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms & Conditions, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
